LHTAC produces various publications to provided technical assistance to Idaho’s Local Highway Jurisdictions. LHTAC publishes monthly and quarterly newsletters and manuals covering roadway issues such as design, construction, right-of-way, maintenance, funding, and transportation plans.
Our newsletters, manuals and miscellanous publications may be downloaded. LHTAC manuals may be customized to meet your agency’s requirements. Paper copies of LHTAC publications are also available and there is a minimal charge for manuals – see downloadable manual order form with payment to LHTAC.
