LHTAC produces various publications to provided technical assistance to Idaho’s Local Highway Jurisdictions.  LHTAC publishes monthly and quarterly newsletters and manuals covering roadway issues such as design, construction, right-of-way, maintenance, funding, and transportation plans.

Our newsletters and manuals may be downloaded and the manuals may be customized to meet your agency’s requirements.  Hard copies may be ordered for a minimal charge by mailing the downloadable order form with payment to LHTAC.
