The ISPWC manual is designed to assist public agencies and engineers in the preparation of contract documents. The ISPWC manual is administered and distributed by LHTAC. Comments and/or corrections to the ISPWC are encouraged.  It is the intent of the Executive Committee and Subcommittee Chairman to annually review and revise the ISPWC.

The 2008 Manual and Revision Set are also available on CD in addition to hard copy.  The 1999 Owners & Specifiers Manual is currently being updated.   ISPWC manual holders will be notified when the 2010 ISPWC products are available for purchase.
