Welcome New LHTAC Council Members

Bruce Hossfeld, Mayor, City of Paul

Mayor Hossfeld joins the LHTAC Council from Paul, Idaho where he has lived the last 41 years with his wife, Connie.  He is currently serving his fifth year as the Mayor and previously served on the Paul City Council for 14 years.  For the past four years, Mayor Hossfeld has served as a member of the board of the Association of Idaho Cities as the District 4 Director, and was just re-elected in May to serve in that position for another two years.  He also serves on the board of the Southern Idaho Economic Development.  “I am excited to be joining the LHTAC Council.” – Mayor Hossfeld

Kelley Packer, Executive Director AIC

Kelley Packer has been named the new Executive Director for the Association of Idaho Cities. She started this new position on April 27, 2020 and will join the LHTAC Council for her first Council meeting on June 19, 2020. Kelley leaves her position as Division Administrator for the Idaho Division of Occupational & Professional Licenses for this exciting new opportunity. Prior to being appointed to the Division Administrator position, by Governor Little, Kelley Packer was a Republican Idaho State Representative from 2012 to 2018 representing District 28 in the B seat and was a Republican candidate for lieutenant governor in the 2018 primary election. During her yearlong statewide campaign for Lt. Governor, she visited all 200 incorporated cities and the 5 reservations in Idaho. “This was an amazing experience.” – Kelley Packer.
