Public Comments on LHTAC’s Funding Applications will be taken through April 30th. The Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) will be accepting comments and suggestions for improvements on our current funding applications.

- Federal-aid Urban Transportation Plan
- Federal-aid Urban Construction
- Federal-aid Bridge
- Local Rural Highway Investment Program (LRHIP)
- Local Highway Safety Improvement Program (LHSIP)
Areas open for comment include the application process, format of applications, questions/scoring, etc.
Comments must be submitted to LHTAC@LHTAC.org by April 30, 2021.
Please use LHTAC APPLICATION COMMENTS in the subject field of the email.
Prior to new applications coming out in fall of 2021, the LHTAC Council will review and take into consideration the comments received. Changes to applications will be approved at the September Council meeting and will appear in the final release of applications in fall of 2021.
