The first distribution of HB 312 was sent the week of October 19-23.  ITD has posted a spreadsheet that shows the funds distribution from the HUR funds and the HB 312 Highway User Revenue funds at the following link  http://itd.idaho.gov/econ/IdahoUserRevenue/FY16QTR1.pdf   Also we have provided the original estimate from June of 2015 that forecast the HB 312 revenues HERE.

When you look at your distribution for this first quarter, you must remember that this distribution will be smaller than any other distribution.  There is  a lag in the collection of tax revenues, so the first quarter is a portion of a quarters taxes and the first year will be less than a typical annualized amount.  Fiscal Year 2016 is projected to have a 25% increase due to the HB 312 revenue, subsequent years are projected at a 30% increase.  The first report shows revenues are slightly above those of 2014 so that is good news.

Please remember that reporting will need to be done on the additional HB 312 revenue that your jurisdictions are receiving. Reporting for the HB 312 revenue will be collected yearly on the Road & Street Finance Report.
