Scholarship Program:
This program provides assistance to subrecipients, agencies, and stakeholders to attend trainings, workshops, and conferences both within and out of Idaho. These funds can also be utilized to purchase training materials such as; videos, printed resources, and downloadable materials. These are all great tools that can be used to train current and new employees; either on a first time basis, or even as a refresher course.
All RTAP scholarship funds will be on a first-come first-serve basis until funds are exhausted. For full details on rules and restrictions please visit the Program Guidelines document attached or the ITD-PT Outreach website which can be found by clicking here. Individual thresholds have been increased to allow for the opportunity to attend a wider variety of trainings.
Technical Assistance:
Also, ITD-PT will be hosting an annual training each year that specifically ties to the Department’s mission of “Your Safety, Your Mobility, and Your Economic Opportunity”. Stay tuned for more information on the 2016 training slated to take place later in the year. Please be on the lookout as well for web links on our website to trainings and materials offered by the National RTAP Program and the National Transit Institute (NTI), as well as other partners throughout the country. We look forward to sharing with you important information and resources as they become available.
