FY 2021 Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)
Announcement letter and details
- $50,000,000 limit per applicant.
- Ideal projects include bridges or culverts that are undersized and included in a approved County FEMA Flood Mitigation Plan.
- Must have a FEMA approved Hazard Mitigation Plan to be eligible. The specific project should be in the local mitigation plan (contact IOEM for a copy of a specific mitigation plan). Green Counties have an approved plan. Cities and Highway Districts may have a County with an approved mitigation plan apply on behalf of your agency.
- Up to 25% match required (10% for economically disadvantaged rural communities).
- Applications are made through the Idaho Office of Emergency Management (IOEM)
