The new T2 Center registration system is online as of January 28, 2026.
The Spring 2026 class schedule was published as of January 30, 2026. Registration will open on Friday, February 13, 2026.
Until then you can update your account, check your class history and transcripts, and get acquainted. For the website guide, refer to this document (PDF).

LHTAC will publicly open bids at its offices at 3330 Grace Street, Boise, ID. Openings will also be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams. Viewers can enter the Bid Opening meeting here on February 19, 2026, at 3 P.M MT.

The Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) provides an important linkage between Local Highway Jurisdictions (LHJs) and the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) in the utilization of Federal-aid highway funds available to the LHJs in Idaho. These quarterly progress reports include the status listing of current and upcoming LHTAC projects for each district.
