Deadline extended until June 8 at 4 p.m.
President Trump signed a disaster declaration for the severe winter storms and flooding from February 5-27, 2017. The counties included in the declaration are:
- Bingham

- Franklin
- Gooding

There are two types of Federal disaster funding available, FHWA Emergency Relief (FHWA ER) and FEMA. If your local jurisdiction has Federal-aid routes on a major collector or higher that were severely damaged during the declaration period please consider submitting for Federal Highway Emergency Relief funds (FHWA ER). These Federal-aid roadways are ineligible for FEMA funding.
Complete the form below, making sure the FAS # and date of incident are complete along with an estimate of repairs. Once the form is completed, please return to Laila Kral, LKral@lhtac.org, along with project pictures.
Once the forms have been collected, in collaboration with ITD, a package will be sent to the Idaho Division FHWA office for review, and then sent to the FHWA HQ for review and approval.
The forms for FHWA ER funds are due on June 8, 2017. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call.
