Canyon Highway District No. 4 is accepting applications at this time for the position of Herbicide Applicator/Equipment Operator. Salary Range / $21.33 – $24.88 depending on experience.

POSITION OPENING: HERBICIDE APPLICATOR/EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

DUTIES:
This position will operate spray equipment and machinery in the application of various herbicides on public road sites. The incumbent will inspect, locate, and identify weeds or invasive plants to determine and implement appropriate eradication and control measures. The Herbicide Applicator/Equipment Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe application of all weed control measures. In addition, the Herbicide Applicator/Equipment Operator will operate various types of construction equipment, drive trucks, and perform other related duties for the District as assigned.
