The report for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, must be submitted to the Idaho Controller’s Office (P.O. Box 83720 Boise, ID 83720-0011) by December 31st.
Idaho Code 40-708 requires the certification of road fund disbursement each year.
Remember to complete all pages for the report since LHTAC receives page 3 information on the new construction, reconstruction, maintenance, etc.

Notes to Remember on the Report
- Check the math.
- Page 1 is changing slightly, make sure you notice what you are filling out.
- All pages– make sure you put something on every line, even if it is zero.
- Check the math.
- Line 65– list all the projects at the total cost on page 3.
- Line 66 should include your reserve operating costs.
- Line 67 should not be less than zero. (Use line 5 if you need to equal zero)
- Double check your lane mile numbers.
- Complete and submit page 3.
- If you change your report after it is submitted, please note it on your copy.
