Rebecca Howell joined LHTAC in December 2016 as a Construction Coordinator. The main part of her job is reviewing project documentation for accuracy and completeness from the CE&I before final close out.

Rebecca was born and raised in Boise. After High school she started working at the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) and was there for almost 17 years. She worked in Financial Services, the Training Unit and the Materials Section, and then in the Asphalt Mix Lab. After ITD, she worked at Allwest for 3 years where she expanded her testing abilities to Aggregate, Soils and Concrete both in the lab and in the field.

Rebecca states that “After being in a lab setting for 10 years I am so excited to get back into the paperwork side of Construction.”
