In recognition of the many contributions and unwavering dedication for the betterment of transportation systems in the State of Idaho, the Idaho Association of Highway Districts has selected Terry Werner as the 2016 recipient of the Commissioner of the Year award.  

Each year at the Association’s annual convention, the Idaho Association of Highway Districts selects a commissioner who distinguishes themselves and their highway district in the performance of their duties.
