All sealed proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. MST, on April 4, 2016, for the purchase of traffic
control devices in Clearwater County and Jerome County, Idaho; Key No. 18880. Sealed bids will be
opened at 2:00 p.m. MST on April 5, 2016 at LHTAC, 3330 Grace St, Boise Id 83703.
