LHTAC is offering technical assistance and resources to help locals identify grant opportunities through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). This act is aimed at promoting infrastructure development and job creation. LHTAC will support local communities in accessing funding opportunities and navigating the grant application process. This initiative can be instrumental in facilitating infrastructure improvements and stimulating economic growth in various regions.
BIL has many new discretionary programs (grants) under a wide variety of eligibilities, including planning, preliminary engineering, design, and construction opportunities. The various programs have goals for not only the types of projects but the impacts to specific populations, areas, or USDOT priorities.
