Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC)

 

The Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) Manual is a local standard for construction and quality control of public works infrastructure projects. Public agencies are encouraged to adopt and use the ISPWC Manual by resolution, policy, or ordinance.

The ISPWC Executive Committee issued a new manual in 2020 which supersedes any prior manuals or updates. Below is an FAQ about ISPWC:

The 2020 ISPWC Manual and other products may be obtained by adding them to your cart below and checking out via PayPal or by mailing in an order form and check to the LHTAC office.

All checks must be written out to LHTAC or Local Highway Technical Assistance Council. Our bank will no longer take checks written out to ISPWC.

The ISPWC Committee has a no return, no refund policy for the ISPWC Manual, the Standard Drawings, and Project Manual available on USB or in hard copy. Please ensure that you are ordering what you want before you purchase. All sales are final.
