On April 7, 2015 Representative Joe Palmer introduced House Bill 329. This bill removes all Federal-aid services and T2 Center from the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC). These programs include Rural, Small Urban, Bridge, Local Safety, Construction and LRHIP Grant.

Public Comments on LHTAC’s Funding Applications will be taken March 23rd through April 6th.
The Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) will be accepting comments and suggestions for improvements on our current funding applications. Areas open for comment include: the application process, format of applications, questions/scoring etc.
Comments must be submitted to lhtac@lhtac.org by April 6, 2015. Please use LHTAC APPLICATION COMMENTS in the subject field of the email.
Prior to new applications coming out in fall of 2015, the LHTAC Council will review and take into consideration the comments received. Changes to applications will be approved at the September Council meeting and will appear in the final release of applications in fall of 2015.
