The Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) mission to advocate, support, and train Local Highway Jurisdictions (LHJs) throughout Idaho continues with the announcement of recent updates to four technical manuals:
- Use of Public Right-of-Way Standard Approach Policy 2020
- Use of Public Right-of-Way Permits for Utilities and Encroachments 2021
- Use of Public Right-of-Way Joint Exercise of Powers, Transfer of Property, and Use of Volunteers 2021
- The Location, Support, and Mounting of Mailboxes 2020
LHTAC’s technical manual updates signify our continued efforts to deliver current information and support to our local partners with consistent and current standards and guidelines for use during maintenance and construction activities on the local roadway system.
