The Local Highway Technical Assistance Council provides an important linkage between Local Highway Jurisdictions and the Idaho Transportation Department in the utilization of Federal-aid highway funds available to the LHJs in Idaho. These quarterly progress reports include the status listing of current and upcoming LHTAC projects for each district.
CALDWELL — Residents at a meeting Thursday reviewed four possible locations for a new bridge that would move vehicles across the Boise River, allowing the Old Highway 30 bridge to be used for pedestrians only.

The Idaho Transportation Department is providing this draft of the FY17 to FY21 ITIP to allow transportation agencies and the public to review and provide comments on the program.
LHTAC entered projects into the draft program based on ranking of applications and available funds. We started with #1 and move down the list as the estimated funds were distributed. The Draft ITIP is available for public comment July 1-30, 2016 (Note: Now Extended to August 26th). The ITIP will not be final until the IT Board approves it in September.
