LHTAC’s Funding Programs and Applications – Survey

April Open Comment Period
Every April we solicit your feedback in the form of an open comment period.

The LHTAC Council reviews and takes into consideration all comments and feedback received. Any changes to applications are approved at the September Council meeting and appear in the final release of applications in the fall.

NEW Survey
This year we are launching a quick 5-minute survey to find out a little more about how your experience has been when applying for funding through LHTAC.

Your answers to these questions will help us improve the process moving forward.

Thank you for your participation!

The survey ends May 21, 2021. CLICK HERE to take the survey.
