The Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) manages a variety of funding programs to assist Local Highway Jurisdictions in utilizing available resources for maintenance and construction of Idaho’s Local Highway System.

Applications will be posted online by the end of this month (September 2020) and available to download at www.lhtac.org.

Local Rural Highway Investment Program (LRHIP)
Deadline – Hand Delivered: November 19, 2020 Postmarked: November 16, 2020

Federal-aid Urban Transportation Plan & Federal-aid Urban Construction
Deadline – Hand Delivered: January 11, 2021 Postmarked: January 7, 2021

Local Highway Safety Improvement Program (LHSIP)
Deadline – January 14, 2021 Electronic Application
