ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:

The Children Pedestrian Safety Program projects must be considered maintenance as stated in the 2015 Legislative Session House Bill 312. This includes but is not limited to;

  • paths/sidewalks along or adjacent to an existing roadway
  • connecting sidewalks/paths between two terminal points
  • ADA ramps
  • pedestrian crossing facilities across an existing roadway including signing and/or signalization
  • paving an existing pathway
